Around here, brunch coasts from local shrimp to yucca fries. The Tarvin Shrimp & Crab Omelette comes with avocado, crema, and ranchero sauce; the Cuban Sandwich stacks Holy City Hogs pork and brown sugar-smoked ham onto Cuban bread; and Chicken & Waffles get a proper swipe of sorghum butter.
Ordering for the table? This is where the glassware gets interesting. Tropical Tantrum serves three to five from a disco ball, Water You Waiting For arrives in a flamingo, and the Hugo Spritz Tower stands 72 ounces tall. For smaller ambitions, Frozen Mojitos, seasonal cocktails, bubbles and rosé keep things to a glass rather than a centerpiece.
