Happy Hour follows Little Palm rules: Daiquiris and Moscow Mules start at $8, the Mai Tai is always a good idea, and there’s still an Old Fashioned for anyone immune to palm-tree persuasion. Beer and wine get the Happy Hour treatment, too.
The snack situation deserves equal attention. Chicken Wings get sour orange mojo and adobo rub, while the Little Palm Smash Burger comes with American cheese, garlic aioli, caramelized onion, pickles, and yucca fries. The Trio Dip turns hummus, jerk chicken, chilled shrimp, and grilled pita into a table project.
And for the person ordering grilled tuna at Happy Hour: excellent instincts. Ours comes with yellow chili, crispy shallots, and passion fruit.
